Soon. I would expect it to roll out some time next weekend, and could happen as soon as Wednesday or as late as Friday, based on previous experience with holidays such as these.

I have already run into Snowmen fighting Grenches in the Norn areas, so it is already happening to a degree.

If previous years are any indication, we should get decorations on Thursday, and other stuff starting a day or so later (takes a few days for everything to start, as always).

I started farming for this during the Halloween Festival! SO far i figure 750K in items once it starts!! GOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Wintersday!!
